- All prices are subject to market fluctuations and Danbury Fencing reserves the right to change prices or product descriptions without notice.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
- Payment must be made in advance at the time of ordering.
- By placing an online order, you will be automatically added to our mailing list.
Bespoke / Special Size Gates & Fence Panels

Delivery Policy
- Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day. Please be aware that delivery lead times will vary according to the goods ordered and current stock levels.
- As a general rule, orders will be delivered between 3-5 days after the date of order. Bespoke gates are approximately 2-3 weeks after payment. Any times quoted for delivery are estimates only.
- We can deliver throughout Essex and surrounding areas, and to most residential or commercial postal addresses. Details of delivery prices and the corresponding post codes are shown below. If your postcode is not listed, please contact a member of our team for further information.
- There is no order too big or too small and no restrictions on the size of your order.
- We deliver using 3.5T drop side vehicles to accommodate load sizes.
- We will not deliver to car parks, docks, fields, or any other non-postal addresses.
- Deliveries do not need to be signed for and we can still deliver if you are not going to be available on the day. However, once an order has been delivered to your property, all liability and ownership for the contents of your order is passed to you.
- Any issues regarding access for delivery must be notified to us prior to delivery.
- Please note that all deliveries are kerbside only, our drivers will not place goods into your garden not will they be carried through or around premises. All items will be left at the front of house.
- Kerbside typically means within 2-3m of our delivery vehicle. Customers should make their own arrangements to move materials to the rear of the premises. Danbury Fencing will not be held liable for damage to property if the customer invites us onto their property for purpose of the delivery.
- Danbury Fencing will not be liable for any shortage in quantity delivered nor for any defect in the quality, nature or condition of the goods nor for non-compliance with any specification unless notified before the expiry of 7 working days after delivery.

Cancellations and Returns
- Orders placed by telephone or via our on-line shop may be cancelled within 7 days of delivery. This must be done by email to shop@danburyfencing.com.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase at your own cost
and kept in any original packaging. - If you wish for Danbury Fencing to collect the items for you then a delivery charge based on your postcode will apply.
- Returns will incur a 25% handling charge. You must keep the items in good condition while they are in your possession. Goods due for return should be ready for collection in the same place as they were delivered.
- Refunds will take place within 7 days after the goods have been returned and inspected.
- These cancellation provisions do not apply to any bespoke items including gates and fence panels made to the customers own specification. Bespoke or specially made items cannot be returned.
- Concrete products cannot be returned.
- Please check your products on acceptance of delivery.
- Defects affected by change in climatic conditions shall not be considered a valid reason for subsequent rejection after initial inspection. It must be remembered that timber is a natural product and will be subject to movement and weathering. It is not uncommon for splits or warping to occur in timber as it dries. This will normally revert when the humidity rises. This is a natural occurrence and should not be considered a fault.
